Philanthropy

One thing that is important to an Alpha Gam is "contributing to the world's work in the community where she is placed," which includes our philanthropic service. Our philanthropy is the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation which supports juvenile diabetes, sisters in need, as well as each chapter of our sisterhood. Every year the Foundation raises money toward sending diabetic children to camp, assisting sisters who have experienced devastating losses from natural disasters, and overall financial support for each chapter across the nation.

Zeta Delta also works toward raising money for other organizations that support diabetes, such as the American Diabetes Association and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
